At Code Word Digital our development cycle is thorough, so when you go live, there should be no big surprises. But in the unlikely event that something does go wrong, our WordPress Support service is at the ready.

To keep your site working at its best after going live, we provide three types of aftercare and WordPress support:-

1. Post-Live WordPress Support


This is the free WordPress support service that Code Word Digital provide with every website that we build for you.

In the first hours, days and weeks after your new website goes live, there may inevitably be some small issues that need ironing out. Once users start to access your site and interact with your services, questions may arise and any potential issues can come to the surface.

The support period lasts for 6 weeks after going live, and covers any major issues arising from hosting or the operation of your site.

Hosting support is provided by the chosen host for your site e.g. WPEngine, who normally have their own support staff to help you out with any hosting-specific issues. We will contact them on your behalf in the first instance.

(Please note that this support package does not include design changes, adding new features or iterating existing ones.)

 

2. Pay-Monthly Weekday 48-hour WordPress Support Service


This is our first level pay service from Code Word Digital to help resolve any technical issues you may experience. Once an issue arises you can raise a ticket with us and we will respond to the ticket the same day. We always aim to offer a solution within 48 hours. This support is for the website build.

Hosting support is provided by the chosen host for your site e.g. WPEngine, who have their own support staff to help you out with any hosting-specific issues. We will contact them on your behalf if needed.

3. Per-Ticket Support & Development WordPress Support Service


This is the Code Word Digital top-level pay WordPress support service and applies to any site we build for you, and even ones that have been built by another supplier.

Once an issue arises, you can raise a ticket with us and we will respond to the ticket the same day. We offer this same-day response time at a fixed price per ticket, plus an additional fee for the time spent on any fixes or updates to your site. This support is for any aspect of the website build.

Hosting support is provided by the chosen host for your site e.g. WPEngine, who should have their own support staff to help you out with any hosting-specific issues. We will liaise with them on your behalf if needed to get the problem fixed.
